Returns

Akanke Gift Shop does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received are broken or damaged. If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us at orders@akankes.com with details of the product and it's damages within 14 days of receipt. Shipping

Due to the Custom Nature of some of our products (Tumblers, Waist Beads, Apparel) , please allow up to 14 business days for processing Akanke Gift Shop will do our best to communicate any delays with your order if this occurs. We appreciate your patience in advanced.
